Aboriginal women ~ Excerpt from Legends of the Dragonfly

Five aboriginal women we came across in the ulu

It was 0300 hours when Bache took over my post and not until daylight when he later called me. The night had passed without incident and we had heard nor seen anything of the terrorists said to be operating in the area. We had another cold meal and were once again on the move through the jungle and down the other side of the hill. But at 1100 hours we suddenly came upon three aboriginal women of Ani’s tribe who had told me that they had seen a group of some thirty terrorists in the jungle on this side of the hill some four days ago. The aboriginal women further informed me that there were no terrorists on the other side of the hill, indicating clearly the way we had come.
